I love the California Quail. We have tons of them in the park but most people do not get to see their babies. They usually hatch in May. I have been looking and looking for weeks and finally today I saw a family of 12 babies. I can now leave a happy person..

We are still in Mesa, not traveled one mile and we got up this morning to descover a flat tire!! David took the 5th wheel to a repair shop yesterday to check our stove and I guess he picked up a nail!! Oh well, it hasn't delayed our travels!!

We got the 5th wheel out of storage and slowly cleaning it and loading it for our summer adventure.

Tuesday night was Nolan's Pre-K graduation. His teacher said his high school graduation would be 2024!! Mandy said she really felt old!! What about ME!! Keira will also graduate that year!! Hope we are still around for us to see both of them graduate with HONORS, of course!!!

We have decided to head to New England July 22nd. Our first stop will be in Old Mystic, Connecticut. David's college friend, Thom, lives in that area. They have not seen each other in 40 years. Next stop is Cape Cod. I want to go to the Boston, Salem area next. When I call for reservations the campgrounds only have 1 or 2 spots for a rig as big as ours. Also the sites are very expensive. Oh well, it is only MONEY!!! On to Bar Harbor, Maine and then slowly work our way back to Mason City, Iowa. I think this will be an amazing trip so keep checking for updates.
