On Thursday September 3rd Mandy and Nolan arrived for a visit. As most of you know Mandy's transplant was 1 year ago in July. In August she was able to make contact with her donor, our superhero, Jonathan.

Thank you Jon for your selfless act. As you can see from the following pictures you have made a family very happy. Jon is one special guy.

View of Marcy and Chad's pool and lake. They have a dock so Keira and Nolan had fun feeding the ducks and turtles.

On Friday and Saturday we all went to Busch Gardens. Nolan and Kiera on the motorcycles.

September 7th Labor Day

.

We took Nolan and Mandy to the airport and then had some rest time. Toward evening Keira did not seem her Sassy self. Marcy checked her and she was running a low grade temp. Nana and Pappap took care of her for a few days. In that time she visited the Doctor two times and went for a chest x-ray. She ran a temp for 4 days and was coughing like a Seal. Diagnosis was a viral infection and sinus infection. She got some antibiotics and Marcy used a nebulizor to help the cough.

Princesses on Ice--We got tickets a few months ago to take Keira to see the show. We thought it best if her Mommy went too. We were really happy that she was feeling better.

BURR it was cold in there. Keira had her hood up and covered in a blanket.

Monday night, August 24th, David, Chad, our son in law, and his brother Chris took a road trip to Port Canaveral to view the space shuttle launch. This is about a 2 1/2 drive from Tampa. It was to lift off at 1:37 AM Tuesday morning but they cancelled around 1:25 AM due to lightning. It was rescheduled for early Wednesday but got cancelled again for mechanical reasons. Rescheduled again for Friday at 11:30 PM.
Chad and Chris decided to give it one more try on Friday. The launch was scheduled for 11:30 PM. This video was shot by Chad. Thanks Chad.

Even though we were about 125 miles away we could see the trail of the rocket from our park.

Chad, Marcy and Keira's boat. We hope we see some Dolphins. The sky is clear as we set out on our Three hour Tour!!!!

You can hear how excited Keira is to see the Dolphins. No matter how many times you see them it is still exciting to watch them.
